The mercury-free excimer lamp generates ozone to inactivate and sterilize airborne and surface viruses and bacteria. It does not use mercury, which is an environmental pollutant. 3: Sterilization, deodorization, and bacteriostasis with one unit In unoccupied conditions, high-concentration ozone fumigation acts on both airborne and surface bacteria, sterilizing the entire space. In occupied conditions, it releases low-concentration ozone for deodorization and bacteriostasis. 4: Maintenance management Ozone is generated from oxygen in the air, so there are no raw material costs. The released ozone returns to oxygen, leaving no residue.
